  Dr. Jay is EXCELLENT!!!!!!! His staff are experts and always a joy to talk to. Having two children with two very different serious problems, Dr. Jay explained exactly what he could do for each, the best and worst of each outcome before we even started. Both problems were fixed perfectly and they now have the most beautiful teeth, which was a bonus. His prices were the same for the this area, but what you get is incredible service. Never had to wait even 5 minutes before both boys were in chairs being taken care of. They worked with my crazy schedule. He made them responsible for their braces and retainers. Both boys were relatively pain free the entire time. Knowing that Dr. Jay was a dentist and then an Orthodontist, he is always thinking of your children's teeth, not just a pretty smile. I have recommended Dr.Jay to many of our friends and children's schoolmates. Having gone to an orthodontist myself as a teen, he is top notch, straight forward, and truly cares about you kids!!!!!!!!!

  Any negative reviews on here are absolutely biased, he’s a very thorough orthodontist that went to school for 10 years to specialize in orthodontics. Him and his staff are outstanding, they really make you feel welcome. Dr. Jay is an honest straight forward guy that will do anything in his power to get the job done correctly, that being said he had told me it would take 2 years for my braces to come off and he got them done 2 months early! I needed a tooth to erupt that was completely under my gums and he was still able to move my teeth to make them look perfect! And I can’t say personally that anytime they worked on my teeth that I felt a lot of pain, I got my braces off today actually and I did everything that he instructed and really took care of my teeth and I can’t explain how great my smile looks now compared to when I didn’t have them. He knows what he’s doing and his assistants and receptionist Pat do a wonderful time assisting their patients! They are very friendly! I’ve had many people talk to me about their braces stories and they had many horrible experiences and I can’t say that once I went their and left dissatisfied. I highly recommend Dr. Jay to anyone that needs braces because he will do the job right and you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Dr. Jay and assistants for a great experience!
