- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible doctor: rude, unethical and unprofessional. He treated me in the ER for an infection I developed from my hysterectomy. He walked in wearing jeans, a ball cap and a dirty t-shirt. He opened my incision by squeezing it together together (like a pimple and popping the puss out). The pain was so intense, I thought I was going to die. The ER nurse walked in, asked Masserant if he wanted a lance kit to open the incision and he said "no, she's all set. She can go now. she needs to keep the incision clean by washing it daily with dial soap." The nurse was shocked, I was crying and trying to tell dr masserant my history of infertility and infections but he wasn't open to hearing any of it. Needless to say, I was hospitlized the next day and being seen by the infectious disease doctor and had follow treatement for 3 months from the visiting nurse for the open wound in my stomach.
