  Very disappointed. Dr Felicia Randolph was unprofessional, .no compassion and rude. I went to the beach yesterday ,was in sun all day. When I came home last night I noticed and felt a bad sunburn. The back of my legs were the worst they were beat red. I Showered and couldn't sleep that good bc my whole body was burnt and I couldn't get comfortable. Today when I tried to get out of bed I could not walk! Every time I put my feet on the ground I got an instant pain on the back of my legs and felt alot of tightness and pressure. I kept getting an overwhelming urge to elevate my legs. Ive.been sunburned many times, I'm Irish it happens . I've had some bad.burns and.i. fact been.more red than I am.now . today. That wasn't my concern it was the.fact that I couldn't walk or get out of bed. I tried 4 or 5 times to get up and the same thing kept happening I was so scared it never happened before. I started to cry and called my husband home from work and called my sister to come over ,they had to help me ,the only way I got out of bed was I had to take a Norco and wait for it to kick in and they had to help me. I felt ok enough to walk to the car to go to urgent care after that but it still hurt a little, the pressure and urge to elevate was still there but not as bad. The dr at med express came into the room and said " HOW is it that you think I can.help you today? " I told her my.concern, she interrupted by touching my burn on my leg!! Not careful at all. She then starts saying she doesn't get sunburned so she doesn't know what it feels like but shes heard it's painful and she's not surprised my legs hurt. She said I just need to drink gatorade and use aloe vera gel. I explained to her I've been burnt before but I've never had a hard time walking and she just made me feel stupid for coming in for a sunburn and seemed annoyed with me so I didn't even get around to telling her I've been nauseous and had a headache too. I heard her say something to another employee out at the desk about me coming in for a sunburn. She didn't have any . compassion, say hope u feel better or try to ease my.concern about my leg being swollen or anything serious being wrong just couldn't wait to get me out of there. Very unprofessional I will never go there again. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed there it's actually the third strike
